  • We ship using Royal Mail. This is an untracked service in the UK and tracked overseas.

  • International orders - including the EU - may be liable to import taxes, payable by buyer.

Last posting dates for Christmas 2024

Claire will keep posting every day right up to Saturday 21st December. Dates below are suggested by Royal Mail for receiving by Christmas, if you are sending to one of these countries after the relevant date, it is unlikely it will be there by Christmas.

The shop will take a break over Christmas and will be back posting on 3rd January.

Shipping

**Shipping to Canada currently suspended due to strike**

We handle orders from our base in Roy Bridge, Scotland and ship orders via Royal Mail and have shipped tens of thousands of orders from this site since 2006.

The exception to this is when ordering clothing. This is printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful. If you order anything else at the same time as clothing (e.g. a book), we will ship that from our end as soon as possible and will arrive separately from the clothing.

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. Incorrect shipping addresses are by far the most common reason for problems with receiving orders.

We generally use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 or 2nd class service for most of our orders. For a guide to standard delivery times for shipped orders, please see this article on the Royal Mail website. Shipping times do vary by country and your local postal service. Some international orders from certain countries can take extended times to arrive on occasion. If you have a concern about delivery time, please get in touch with us using the address on your order to let us know. We will make sure we deal with any issues fairly.

When you place an order, you will receive an initial confirmation email from us to confirm that the order has been placed. When we process your order, we will email again to let you know your order has shipped to the address you have provided.

If ordering overseas, your order may be subject to import taxes. This varies country by country and if applicable, is payable by the customer ordering.

We will not ship to PO Boxes or international shipping service depots; any order placed using these as a shipping address will be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty (with the exception of sale items which are stated as damaged and non-returnable at point of sale). Alternatively we can send you a replacement item for certain products if they are damaged.

We will refund orders if you let us know you no longer want the item(s) before they are shipped, or once we receive a returned item. In this instance, shipping will not be refunded if already posted to you.
